How do I join the DWES PTO?
Fill out a membership form and return it to the front office or PTO office along
with your payment. Membership forms are available online, in the front office, and
in the PTO office.
How can I help?
The PTO is always looking for volunteers! There are a variety of ways that you can
help. Even if you work during the day and cannot make the meetings, there are several
ways to help. Fill out a volunteer form, turn it in to the PTO, and we will
contact you. Get involved!
I don’t have a lot of free time. Is there another way I can help?
Be sure to collect your Box Tops and Campbells Labels. Sign up for
eScrip. Ask
your company to donate items to support our events (food items, books, equipment or
monetary donations). Every little bit helps to support Desert Willow Elementary
School.
How do I get one of those fabulous T-Shirts with the DWES logo on them?
We call it “Spirit Wear,” and you can download an order form and send it in to
PTO along with your payment. We are also planning on selling them at school events
and hope to even have a ‘store’ at some point in the future. Check the website
for information on when and where spirit wear will be available.
What is a Smencil?
A Smencil is a smelly pencil. Smelly in a good way! They are available from PTO
for $1.00 and come in a variety of scents.
